Clearly, ya wanna think twice before going to a medical clinic in Nevada.  ... o.k, so only 6 people claimed to have gotten infected (so far), but the director of the clinics has stopped practicing medicine, 3 docs on the regulatory board have recused themselves & the governor publicly denies any wrongdoing.  Nonetheless, inspectors found the center regularly reused vials & syringes. Alrighty then ....  Read it for yourself.
