Top Hep C News in December ... Canada’s Federal Prison system had allowed tattoo parlors – a good idea, since it helped to curb the spread of HCV & HIV.  But this month it’s announced that the Canadian government’s giving the parlors the cabásh.  Here’s a couple stories about it ....
