Hep C Straightup respects your right to privacy.

We here at Hep C Straightup, Inc. take the right to privacy seriously: ours, yours, anyone’s.  We believe in giving due Respect.  We don’t phish for your personal info.  Besides ... we don’t want it. 

When you email us by clicking a link, then we only use your email for that specific purpose.  For example, when you subscribe to Straightup Updates, or submit a link for review.

Except, we may put your email on the Straightup Update list when you ask something on Q & A. 

Hep C Straightup respects your confidentiality.  We will not sell, rent, share or loan the information you send us with anybody, or for any amount of money, or for all the tea in China.

When you submit a question to Q & A, and give us medical or personal information, what you give us is used exclusively for answering that question – not for any other purpose.  In fact, when a question has a LOT of personal information about you or someone else, that doesn’t pertain to the question, the editor will edit that out.  She’s just that way. 

Hep C Straightup does have a stats agreement with our domain host.  We collect NON-IDENTIFYING info, like location (just state or region & country), numbers, & referring URL’s.  We don’t know who you are – basically ... don’t care.

So ... yea.  Hep C Straightup respects your privacy, and our privacy policy exceeds the legal requirements of medical/health information privacy that apply in the U.S.
